1. Return Window
Noysha offers a 5-day return window from the date of delivery. Requests raised after 5 days of delivery will not be accepted.
2. Eligible Return Reasons
Returns are accepted only for the following reasons:
- Wrong item delivered
- Damaged or defective product received
- Size mismatch (incorrect size shipped)
Returns will NOT be accepted for:
- Change of mind
- Used, washed, or worn items
- Items without original tags/packaging
3. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return:
1. Email us at noyshateam08@gmail.com within 5 days of delivery
2. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue
3. Our team will review and respond within 1-2 business days
4. If approved, you will receive store credit or an exchange — no cash refunds
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We will review the issue and assist appropriately.
5. Non-Refundable Items
All products sold on Noysha are final sale unless they meet the return eligibility criteria above. Cash refunds are not offered under any circumstances.
6. Order Cancellation
Orders cannot be cancelled once placed, as processing begins immediately.
